The New Global High Street Chain Opening Soon

Gordy’s Doughballs: You read it here first. Warning. The recipes below are real, and suitable cooking times must be allowed for the ingredients within. (15 – 20 minutes depending what’s in them) They are also a meal in themselves, or can be, so be careful with quantities.

Plain: Tesco value doughball mix and water. (Wheat flour and veg oil)

Gordy’s versions: All with salt to taste. Add Tesco value cheese sauce mix and dry mix them. Use diluted lemon juice instead of plain water? Use grated coloured cheddar cheese. Or both cheese and mix. Or top with grated cheese. Stir in an egg instead of water or lemon juice. Add a heaped dessert spoon  of oat meal. Use diced apple.

Obviously those are all separate or mix of 2 or 3. Now you can have cheese and egg or cheese and bacon with or without egg. Pre. cooked beef mince and onion, from a can, with stewed veg. Pre cooked chicken with any mix you please. and so on and so on.

I suggested to an Elgin Bank Branch (CB) they should have a competition to fill one of the empty shops on their high street. The one next door to them. I think I just won?

How about chocolate topping? Peanuts. Dried fruit. Seriously I would begin with the double cheese and egg if I were you. Remember to reduce the doughball mix slightly to allow for the egg, and stir the egg in properly to avoid it showing discoloured. Because I am invalid at the moment, I spend a lot of time cooking. You would love my Kimchi and doughballs.
